Step 1: Setup a Telemedicine Account
To use Telemedicine at Freeman Family Medicine, you must first setup a Telemedicine account. To create an account, please fill out the form below or call us at 501.327.0110.
Step 2: Register Your Account
Once our staff has reviewed your request, you will receive an email asking you to register your account. After you input the requested information, our staff will review the information, and you will receive an email that your account has been confirmed.
Step 3: Schedule a Telemedicine Appointment
Telemedicine appointments are available during our regular business hours. To schedule a Telemedicine Appointment, simply call us at 501.327.0110. If you desire a same day appointment, we are usually able to accommodate this request. Our providers are also seeing patients in the clinic, so appointments are made as openings are available.
